Potholes!

Apparently the council may not be liable for the pothole that caused my crash last Apr, (which I'm still recovering from 10 months and 4 ops later) it seems they only need to check the type of road the pothole was on every 6 months and the last time they checked it was 5 months and 11 days before the accident and it was fine!!!! Main roads have to be checked every month and repaired if needed, my pothole was on a side road
